Ingredients

2 lbs fresh or frozen Blueberries, pureed
2 or 3 quarts of vanilla yogurt
1 tbsp vanilla
1 tbsp lemon flavoring
2 c. sugar, Splenda, or 1/4 c. Stevia powder
Fill to line on 6 qt freezer can with milk

Instructions

Mix all ingredients except milk together and pour into freezer can. Add milk to fill line, using 2% or lower fat content milk. Freeze according to freezer directions and serve with fresh blueberries to garnish. Can also scoop onto shortcakes for frozen blueberry shortcake and garnish with berries.
