Chocolate Mookie

A smooth chocolate desert over cookie crumbs in a cup."
Ingredients
16 ounces of chocolate chips
2 eggs
1 pint of heavy cream
1 tsp. almond extract
2 cups of crumbled chocolate chip cookies
Instructions
Grind up the cookies in the food processor
Clean out and add chocolate chip to processor
fill bottoms of cup cake or dessert dishes with cookie crumbs
Heat heavy cream to a low boil
add eggs and mix in processor
add hot heavy cream to mixture as you blend
pour over cookie crumbs and let cool.
