Kathryn's Chocolate Chip Sour Cream Cake

-1 box yellow cake mix (without pudding in mix)
-1 small box chocolate instant pudding mix
-1/2 C sugar
-3/4 C water
-3/4 C oil
-4 eggs
-8 oz sour cream
-1 pkg mini chocolate chips
-1 Hershey bar


By hand mix cake mix, pudding mix, and sugar. Add water and oil. Stir. Add and mix in eggs, 1 at a time, with wooden spoon. Add sour cream and then chocolate chips. Pour in greased (Pam) bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes. Cool 1 hour before taking out of pan. Once cake is inverted on plate, melt Hershey bar and drizzle over the top.
