Chocolate Chip Cookies made with Splenda
User Submitted Recipe
“
Cookies, made with Splenda Sugar and Splenda Brown Sugar, good but not too sweet"
Ingredients
4 sticks of Soft Butter
1 1/2 cups Splenda White Sugar
1/2 cup splenda Brown Sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
4 cups of Flour
1 1/2 tsp. Baking Soda
1 1/2 tsp salt
2 cups of Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips (or other Chips or even Carbo chips)
Instructions
Beat together Butter, sugars, vanilla and eggs for 4 minutes (mixing in a stand mixer works best)
Then mix dry in ingredients except chips, with hand mixer mix together with Sugar mixture and then stir in Chocolate Chips with wooden spoon.
Drop by Tbsp on cookie sheet and bake in 350 degree oven for 10 to 13 minutes, watch to make sure they don't over bake, if they bake too long they become tough. These cookies are best when just under baked. I bake them for about 10 - 12 minutes.
