Ingredients

2 12 cups all-purpose flour
12 tsp baking soda
14 tsp salt
zest from large orange
1cup white sugar
12 cup brown sugar
1 cup salted butter
2 large eggs
1 112 tsp orange extract

Instructions

Preheat oven to 300
In a medium bowl mix flour, soda, salt, and orange zest. Set to the side.
In a large bowl sugars and butter till smooth. Add eggs and extract and beat until light and fluffy.
Add flour mixture, don’t over mix.
Drop by rounded spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until done.
