This great vanilla ice cream base is just the start of many flavors you can add to make your own delicious ice cream of any flavor you desire."
Ingredients
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 can evaporated milk
1 qt heavy cream or half and half
1/2 cup sugar
2 tsp vanilla
milk
Instructions
Mix first five ingredients well. At this point you can add any other flavorings you desire - chocolate, coffee, fruits, etc. Add enough milk to fill your freezer bowl. Chill and freeze in your freezer according to your directions. Pour into freezer safe bowl with lid and let harden.
