Pineapple Cake

A delicious, moist cake full of pineapple with a cream cheese frosting"

Ingredients

Cake:
1 stick butter
2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 (15 ounce can) pineapple with juice
2 eggs
1 teaspoon baking soda
a pinch salt
1/2 cup chopped walnuts (or your choice)

Frosting:
1/2 stick butter
8 ounces cream cheese
2 cups powdered sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla
1/2 cup chopped walnuts


Instructions

Cake:
Mix all ingredients and bake in a 9 x 13 pan at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.

Frosting:
Mix all ingredients and frost cake while warm.
