Ingredients

-1 yellow or lemon cake mix
-1 8oz pkg softened cream cheese
-1/3 cup sugar
-1 tsp lemon juice
-2 egg
-1/3 cup oil

Instructions

Mix dry cake mix, 1 egg, and 1/3c oil until crumbly; reserve 1cup. Pat remaining mixture lightly in an ungreased 13x9x2in pan. Bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Beat cheese, sugar, lemon juice and 1 egg until light and smooth. Spread over baked layer. Sprinkle with reserved cup of crumb mixture. Bake 15 minutes longer. Cool. Cut into bars.
