Ingredients
2 8 oz cream cheese
3 eggs
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 tbsp vanilla extract
12 nilla wafers
cherry or blueberry pie filling
Instructions
Blend all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Put 12 Nilla wafers in the bottom of each cupcake paper holder. Pour each couplet about 3/4 full. Bake at 375 for about 20 minutes. Let cool, top with favorite pie filling. That was easy! Enjoy
