Grandma's Caramel Peach Pie

“ My Grandma who is now deceased would make this pie during the holidays and she would only make 2. So if you were slow to eat you could miss out. "

Ingredients

Caramel Filling

1-Cup Sugar
1-Cup Evaporated Milk
½ Stick Oleo
3 ½ Tablespoons Flour
1-Teaspoon Vanilla


Instructions

Mix all of the above ingredients together in saucepan until it thickens. Pour into a baked 9- inch Pie shell and let cool. When cool top with: 1 small container of Cool Whip, 1 large can of drained Peach Slices

Drain peach slices and mix with cool whip the spoon on top of mixture in pie shell. Keep in refrigerator until ready to serve.
