Fresh Apple CakeUser Submitted Recipe
Bowl #1: 3 cups peeled & diced Granny Smith apples; 2 cups sugar; two beaten eggs; 2 tsp. Imitation Vanilla Butter & Nut flavoring; 1 cup vegetable oil
Bowl #2: 3 cups all purpose flour; 1 tsp. baking soda; 1/2 tsp. salt; 2 tsp. cinnamon.
Mix all ingredients in each bowl separately and then combine the two bowls into one. Mix well. Batter will be VERY thick. Place in greased & floured bundt pan and bake at 350 degrees for 70 minutes. Let cool before removing from bundt pan onto cake plate
