Ingredients

3 egg whites
1 cup sugar
1/2 tsp baking powder
14 saltines, rolled fine
1/2 cup walnuts, chopped

Topping:
1 cup whipped cream
1 cup sliced strawberries

Instructions

Preheat oven to 325.
Beat egg whites, slowly add sugar, beat until stiff peaks form. Add baking powder, saltines and nuts.
Pour into well-greased 9 inch pie plate.
Bake for 40 minutes.
When cool, top with mixture of whipped cream and strawberries.
