Pumpkin Pie



1 cup brown sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp ginger
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 15oz. can pumpkin
1/2 cup cream
1/2 cup evaporated milk


Mix brown sugar, salt cinnamon and ginger. Stir in eggs.
Add pumpkin, blend well.
Stir in milk and cream.
Pour into an 8 inch pie shell.
Bake @ 425f for 15 minutes. Turn oven to 350f, and bake for 30-40 more minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean and crust is brown.
Cool and enjoy!
