Ingredients

1cup butter
1 3oz. cream cheese
1 cup sugar
1 egg yolk
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 cups sifted all purpose flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon
food coloring if desired to color of choice

Instructions

In Cuisinart's stand mixer cream butter, cream cheese and sugar well. Beat in egg yolk and vanilla. Gradually blend in flour, salt and cinnamon. Chill dough about an hour and a half. Fill cookie press, form cookies on and ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for approx 12-15 mins. Remove at once to cooling racks.
