Ingredients

1/2 cup unsalted butter
3/4 dark brown sugar
1 extra large egg
1 tsp pineapple extract
1 tsp mango extract
1 cup all purpose flour
3/4 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 cups quick oats
3/4 cup white chocolate chips
2 oz chopped white chocolate for drizzling

Instructions

Cream butter and sugar
Add the egg and both extracts and beat well
In a separate bowl, sift together flour and baking powder
Add dry mixture to wet mixture in four equal parts
Stir in oats and chocolate chips
Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes
While cookies are cooling (first on pan then on wire racks) melt chocolate for drizzling
Drizzle chocolate whichever way is pleasing to you
