This is the handiest recipe I've ever seen! No matter what your tastes, or the size of those being served, you can make it work! Use your favorite cake mix, and add extras like nuts, rising, chips, etc! Frost it to make it look formal. "
Ingredients
1 egg
3/4 cup water
1 box Devils food cake mix
1/2 cup nuts
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 13 by 9 inch pan.
Mix the egg, water, and nuts in a large bowl. Add the dry cake mix, stir on low with Cuisinart mixer, but don't overmix.
If the batter needs more water, add a tsp at a time. Batter should be thick.
Pour into prepared pan, smoothing the top. Bake 20 to 25 minutes for chewy brownies.
