Peanut Butter Pie
User Submitted Recipe
“
If you're gonna have a dessert, have a dessert. And this pie my friends, not for the faint-of-heart. Picture a crust made from Rice Krispies drenched in chocolate, not to be outdone by the filling, which includes peanut butter, condensed milk and cream cheese. Yes, you may go into a sugar-induced coma, but you will go down smiling."
Ingredients
1/3 cup butter
6 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 1/2 cup Rice Krispies
8 oz. cream cheese
1 can condensed milk
3/4 cup peanut butter
3 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp vanilla
4 oz Cool Whip
Instructions
Melt together butter and chocolate chips. Add Rice Krispies, spread into a greased 10" pie pan and chill for 30 minutes.
Beat cream cheese until fluffy; add condensed milk and peanut butter, beat till smooth. Stir in lemon juice and vanilla. Fold in Cool Whip. Pour into crust. Swirl chocolate syrup over top and chill for 4 hours.
