1 Angel Food Cake
1 package of Instant Vanilla Pudding mix
1 16oz can of Crushed Pineapple
2 tsp pure vanilla or almond extract
1 8 oz container Kool Whip softened at room temp.
1 cup sliced almonds
Put crushed pineapple juice and all in bowl. Sprinkle pudding mix over pineapple, let stand for about 5-10 minutes. While waiting slice angel food cake with three layers.
Blend pineapple , pudding and Kool Whip. Set in refrigerator for 3 hours to set up. Layer Kool Whip mixture with final layer of Kool Whip. Sprinkle sliced almonds and either serve immediately or keep in refrigerator.
