Easiest Fudgy BrowniesCuisinart Original Recipe
1 stick (1/4 lb) unsalted butter
2 squares unsweetened chocolate
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup light brown sugar
2 large eggs
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/3 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
Preheat the Cuisinart Convection Toaster Oven Broiler to 325°F on Bake setting.
Lightly coat an 8-inch baking pan with cooking spray.
Place butter and unsweetened chocolate in Cuisinart® MultiClad 2-3/4 quart sauce pan. Using low heat, melt butter and stir until chocolate and butter are completely melted. Remove from heat, let stand 5 minutes. Stir in sugars, eggs and vanilla; stir the mixture until smooth with a wooden spoon.
Add flour and salt; stir to blend. Stir in chocolate chips and walnuts. Transfer to prepared pan.
Bake the brownies in 325°F oven for about 35 minutes. Cool on a rack. When completely cool, cut into squares.
