Ingredients
16 brownies
1 quart vanilla ice cream, softened
1 cup chopped candy bar (favorite flavor)
1/2 cup hot fudge ice cream topping
1/2 cup caramel ice cream topping
Instructions
Arrange 8 brownies side by side in a baking dish. Spoon ice cream into mixer, and add chopped candy bar.
Mix on a slow speed until mostly incorporated. Continue mixing on slowest speed and quickly pour in toppings.
Mix only until partially combined. Spoon mixture over brownies, and top each brownie with another brownie. Freeze until firm. Run knife through to separate, and serve.
