Cheese Pie

Ronald Coleman's favorite dessert!"

Ingredients

Graham Cracker Crust

14 Graham crackers, crushed
1 stick melted butter

Filling

4 x 3oz original cream cheese
2 eggs
¾ cup sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 teaspoon almond extract

Topping

3 ½ Tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
¼ teaspoon almond extract
1 cup sour cream


Instructions

Crust:
Mix graham crackers crumbs with butter and press into pie pan to form crust
Filling:
Whip together until light and well mixed (there will be small lumps of cream cheese in mixture). Pour into crust and bake at 350° for 15 minutes. Allow to cool.
Topping:
Mix together and pour over cooled pie. Bake at 350° for 10 minutes.
Chill for 5 hours and serve on a yacht.
