3 bars of philly cream cheese (no exceptions) 1 cup of granulated sugar 2 table spoons of brown sugar, 1 1/2 teaspoons of pure vanilla extract, 24 to 30 indivual squares of honey made ghram crackers 1/4 to 1/3 cup of real butter
1st step: the crust
break the grahm crackers till there a fine granual melt the butter and mix together spread out in pie shell and bake at 200 deg in pre-heated oven for 8 to 10 min take out and let cool
step 2 the batter
take the room temp cream cheese, sugars and vanilla and mix them together on med till its creamy let stand for a few min to absorb sugars if you would like it sweeter then repeat the step and a a table spoon or two each time once you reach your desired taste then mix it on high for about 2 to 3 min the creamier the better smooth out in pie crust and freeze for about 30 minutes then remove and thaw to serve
