Chewy Multi chip Chocolate cookies
User Submitted RecipeIngredients
2 1/2 sticks butter, softened
2 eggs
2 cups all purpose flour
1 cup chopped pecans
2 cups sugar
2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
3/4 cup cocoa
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup milk chocolate chips
1/2 cup white chocolate chips
1/2 cup peanut butter chips
Instructions
In large mixing bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until creamy. Add the eggs, one at a time, beating well; add the vanilla blending well.
Combine flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt; mix well. Blend into the creamed mixture. Remove from mixer.
Stir in by hand the pecans, and all the chips.
Drop by spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets (I line mine with parchment paper).
Bake at 350 degrees for 8 to 9 minutes. Do not overbake. They are supposed to be soft. They puff up while baking and flatten out while cooling. Let them cool on cookie sheet about 1 minute, before removing parchment and cookies to wire racks to finish cooling.
