French Vanilla CakeUser Submitted Recipe
Canola oil cooking spray
18.25 oz French vanilla cake mix
1/3 c milk
1/3 c oil
3 large eggs
3.4 oz instant jello cheesecake pudding
8oz strawberry cream cheese (room temperature)
glaze: 1/2c powder sugar
2 tsp hot milk (not scalding)
1/4 tsp 100% vanilla extract
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Spray bundt pan with canola oil. Set aside.
Sift cake mix into large bowl. Add water milk, oil and eggs and instant pudding. Blend mixture for 2 min. Next add room temperature cream cheese and mix for 45 seconds or until well blended.
Pour into bundt pan and bake for 45 min or until cake comes out clean when toothpick is inserted in center.
Cool on a wire rack.
Glaze: sift powder sugar into medium sized bowl and add milk and vanilla all at once stir until well blended. Pour on cake once it has completely cooled.
