Brown Sugar Cinnamon Cake

Bundt cake"


18.25 oz sifted white boxed cake mix

8oz Philadelphia brown sugar & cinnamon spice cream swirls cream cheese (room temp)

1 tsp 100% pure vanilla extract

2 Tbs canola oil

Crisco all vegetable shortening

All purpose flour

1/3 c milk

1c water

3 egg whites

garnish: powder sugar (as much as you desire)


Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Take one bundt pan and grease with the Crisco shortening and flour lightly.
In a large bowl sift cake mix. Once completed add milk, water, eggs, oil, and vanilla. Blend well on medium speed for 2 min. Add cream cheese and blend into cake mixture until well blended, about 45 seconds. Pour mixture into bundt pan and place into 350 degree oven.
Bake until toothpick comes out clean from center of cake. Cool completely on wire rack.
Garnish: sift powder sugar on top of cake once completely cooled.
