Baby pecan pie muffins

One word describes these petite morsels: ADDICTING!"

Ingredients

* 1 cup packed light brown sugar.
* 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
* 1 cup chopped pecans
* 2/3 cup butter, melted
* 2 eggs, beaten


Instructions

Combine sugar, flour and pecans in a medium bowl. Set aside. Combine butter and eggs; mix well. Stir into the dry mixture.
Fill greased and floured mini muffin cups two thirds full. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-18 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in center comes our clean.
Remove immediately and cool or racks.
