Blackberry Wine Cake

Delicous, Easy, and Quick...."


Basic White cake mix (your favorite will do)
2-3 cups of blackberry wine
1 packet of blackberry jello
2 cups of powder suger


Prepare your cake mix, substituting blackberry wine for milk/water (whatever amount your cake mix requires) and adding entire packet of blackberry jello. Place in oven at need temp for your perferred white cake mix.
While cake is cooling, in a medium sized bowl put all powdered sugar and 1/4 cup of blackberry wine making an icing that will stick to the spoon for a moment before releaseing itself. Pour over still slightly warm cake allowing it to spill over the sides glazing the cake. Best when served warm.
