Tommy's Hawaiian Delight Ice Cream

Ingredients
2 c. Whipping Cream
1 c. Half & Half
2 Eggs
1/2c. Sugar
1/4t. Coconut Extract
3 oz. Maraschino Cherries (drained & chopped)
1/4 c. Coconut
8 oz. Crushed pineapple (in natural juice)
1/4 c. Macadamia nuts, chopped
Instructions
Place into your mixer, eggs, sugar and extract and beat until smooth. Poor mixture into your Cuisinart Ice Cream Maker. Follow manufactor's instructions. The last 5 minutes add the remaining ingredients. When the ice cream has finished, remove and freeze overnight.
