Blueberry DreamUser Submitted Recipe
1-stick margarine (melted)
2c. graham crackers
1(8oz.) pkg.cream cheese(room temp)
1c. confectioners sugar
1 c. chopped nuts
1 pt. heavy cream
1 can blueberry pie filling
Melt margarine, then put in a 13x9 inch glass pan. Press crumbs into melted margarine. Bake for 10 minutes at 350°F. Beat cream cheese with confectioners sugar and milk: spread over hot crust. Sprinkle finely chopped nuts over mix and letcool. Whip the heavy cream and spread over the nuts. Spoon on blueberry pie filling and refrigerate for several hours.
Note: can use any pie filling topping.
