1 pound ground breakfast sausage
10 eggs, beaten
2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
2, 12 oz cans evaporated milk
4 cups cubed day old bread
1 tsp ground black pepper
1 tsp onion salt
1 tsp dry mustard
Brown sausage and drain well. Set aside.
Spread bread cubes in greased 9x11 baking dish.
Sprinkle cheese over bread cubes.
Mix eggs, milk, pepper, onion salt, dry mustard in separate bowl. Pour mixture over bread and cheese.
Top with crumbled sausage.
Cover tightly with lid or tin foil. Let sit in the fridge overnight.
Bake for one hour in 325 degree oven.
