Fruit Spring Rolls

A light yummy summertime snack "

Ingredients

Spring Roll wraps
1 cup strawberries, sliced
1 banana, sliced
2 kiwi thinly sliced
2/3 cup cantaloupe small cubes
1 tangerine peeled and separated
1/3 cup fresh blueberries
1/3 cup vanilla yogurt
2 tablespoons maple syrup
1 lime (juice)


Instructions

Soak spring roll wraps in warm water until flexible, layer all the fresh fruits inside, roll like a burrito taking care to not rip the wrapper.
Slice on the bias. Whisk together yogurt, syrup, and lemon juice until smooth, serve on side of wraps.
