Best Pancakes Ever

“ Light, buttery and delicious! These pancakes are our favorite...I'm a mom of 3 so I feel like we've tried 'em all! These are the best!"

Ingredients

1.5 c flour
3.5 tsp baking powder
1tsp salt
1 Tblsp sugar
1.25 c milk
1 egg
3 Tblsp melted butter


Instructions

Mix together dry ingredients, whisk in wet. Butter your griddle, use ice cream scoop to scoop your mix so pancakes are same size. Cook a few minutes on each side and enjoy! These are the best!
