Hash Brown Casserole

A breakfast casserole"


Cooking spray
1 teaspoon salt
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 medium onion, finely chopped
1 (32 oz) bag frozen hash brown potatoes, partly thawed
1 can of cream of chicken, cream of celery, or cream of mushroom soup


Preheat oven to 350 lightly coat a 9x12 baking pan with spray.
In a bowl combine soup, butter,salt, pepper, onion, and cheese. Gently fold in the potatoes and pat into prepared dish. Bake uncovered for 40 mins.
