Ingredients
8 eggs
1 block of cream cheese (softened)
8 Tablespoons of Strawberry preserves
Instructions
In the Cuisinart blender put softened cream cheese and eggs and process until smooth
Pour into 8 microwave safe muffin cups and top with a Tablespoon of Strawberry Preserves
Microwave one or two minutes or until firm
