5 pineapple chunks
1/4 cup blueberries
3 1/2" chunks bananas
1 tbs chocolate syrup
2 whole strawberries
1 tbs coconut
2 slices apple
Instructions
These items should be frozen : 5 black cherries 5 pineapple chunks 1/4 cup blueberries 3 1/2" chunks bananas 1tbs chocolate syrup 2 whole strawberries 1 tbs coconut 2 slices apple Mix with Cusinart Hand Blender make thinner or thicker as desired by adding more 1% or fat free milk.
