Mango French Toast


Delicious French Toast
“ The Mango French toast has a delicious flavor of mango & is a beautiful orange color to it on the bread as you cook it."

Ingredients

4 slices of whole wheat bread
1/2 t cinamon
2 eggs
1/4 c milk
1 T butter
1 1/2c mango, canned or fresh


Instructions

Put eggs, cinnamon, milk,and mango into your Cuisinart food processor.
Blend until mixed thoroughly. Melt butter in pan & dip bread into liquid mixture and lightly brown in butter on both sides. Serve with maple syrup.
