Blueberry Scones



2 cups all-purpose flour
1/3 cup sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
8 tablespoons unsalted butter, frozen
1 cup blueberries
1/2 cup sour cream
1 large egg


Mix dry ingredients. Use your fingers to mix in butter. In small bowl, mix egg with sour cream. Mix just till it comes together. Then I like to make it into a long flat 1" thick log and cut with a knife or dough cutter into triangles. Place on baking sheet and bake in preheated 400 degree oven. About 15 minutes.
