Ingredients

Multi-grain bread - Not Sandwich bread. Homemade or Bakery loaf sliced approx. 3/4 inch thick.
1 Tsp Vegetable oil or Butter
Eggs
Stone or Corse Ground Mustard
Spreadable cheese like Laughing Cow Light Swiss,Cream Cheese, or Neufchatel
Salt and Pepper to taste


Instructions

Toast Bread
Add Vegetable oil or Butter to a non-stick pan and heat on Med. High. Crack egg into pan and cook as desired (sunny side up, over easy, Scrambled, etc.)
Spread toast with Mustard and spreadable cheese.
Top with Egg.
