Delicious Vegan Pancakes

Easy twist on a homemade favorite


1 1/2 c Flour
1 Tbsp Sugar
3 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
3 Tbsp Melted Non-Dairy Margarine
1 1/2 c Water


Sift all dry ingredients together. add water and margarine. add more water if necessary to reach desired consistency. I sometimes add a little cinnamon for extra flavor. :) cook 1/4 c at a time in lightly oiled skillet.
