Hearty breakfast croissant with bacon, tomato and sour cream
Decadent weekend breakfast/brunch."

Ingredients

Per person:
1 croissant
2 rashers bacon
1 tomato
1 tbsp. thick sour cream


Instructions

Fry bacon until crisp.

Slice tomato and fry lightly.

Halve croissant and toast lightly.

Pile bacon and tomato on one half of croissant.

Top with spoon of sour cream and the other half of the croissant. Eat.
