Ingredients
1/4 c. cocoa
1 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. flour, rounded
3/4 - 1 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. butter
Instructions
Mix dry ingredient in a large saucepan over medium heat. Stir in milk. Bring to a boil stirring constantly. Lower heat and cook to desired thickness. Remove from heat, stir in vanilla and butter.
