Ingredients

one double chocolate cake mix of your desire, sub one strong cup of coffee, very strong, for water in cake redipe, instant coffee granules as desired, favorite flavoring such as rum, almond ect..., 5 whole eggs, 2/3 cup canola oil, can substitute with same amount of pumpkin or applesauce.

Instructions

mix ingredient's, heat oven to 350, lightly oil and flour bottom of 8-8 or 10-10 cake pa, bake 20 min. or until done. frost with instatnt coffee granules to desired strenght, powdered sugar and a few drop's of favorite flavoring, mixed with enough very sstrong coffee to make a glaze or spreadable frosting.
