Baked egg popover

“ An amazing baked egg dish that makes its own puffy crust and golden yellow center, while you watch. "

Ingredients

1 cup milk
4 eggs
1 cup flour
2 Tbs Butter
Salt & Pepper to taste


Instructions

Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
Whisk milk and eggs until blended. Stir in Salt and Pepper.
Add flour and whisk in.
Melt butter skillet in the oven. As soon as butter melts pour in the batter and bake at 450 for 15 minutes.
