2 cups flour
4 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup shortening
1 cup milk
Mix together flour, baking powder, and salt. Cut in shortening and add milk to make dough. Knead dough on floured surface a few times; press in round circle cutter into biscuits. Place in ungreased baking dish. Bake at 425 degrees for 12-15 minutes, until light golden brown.
