Mama's Sweet Potato Biscuits

1/2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1/2 c. soft margarine
2-3 tbsp. water (only if needed)
1 1/2 c. cooked sweet potatoes (mashed/strained)
Instructions
Mix all ingredients. Mixture will be sticky. Shape biscuits and pat out in flour. Bake at 350-375 for 15-18 minutes.
