Low fat, low sugar pumpkin bread

2 loaves of pumpkin bread"


2/3 applesauce
1 1 /3 cups sugar
1 1/3 splenda
4 eggs
1 can pure pumpkin
3 1/3 flour
2/3 cup water
2 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 tsp salt substitute
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp cloves
2/3 chopped walnuts
2/3 cup raisins


Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Grease 2 loaf pans. If any product left over make a smaller 3rd loaf pan.
Blend ingredients all together.
After all completely blended, stir in the nuts and raisins with a large spoon.

Divide prepared product into the sprayed pans and bake for 60-70 minutes. It all depends on your oven. Check the loaves with a knife. If the knife comes out clean the bread is complete. Wait 5 minutes before removing from the pans.
This recipe is lower in fat and lower in sugar. It is delicious.
