Ingredients

3 eggs
1/2 c. salad oil
2 c. brown sugar
2 c.grated zucchini
3 c. of flour
1 tsp. of salt
1 tsp salt
vanilla- nuts- almonds (optional)

Instructions

Beat the eggs and add the sugar, oil and grated zucchini.
Mix very well, flour salt and soda and fold in the previous mixture. Bake in a greased pan in your Cuisinart convection oven at 300 temperature until done(around 45 minutes)
