Food Processor White Bread

3/4 Cup Water
3 Tbsp. Butter or Margarine
2 2/3 to 3 cups All-Purpose Flour
1 Tbsp. Gran. Sugar
1 Pkg. Active Dry Yeast
1 Tsp. Salt
1 Egg
1 Egg Yolk
1 Egg White, lightly beaten
Instructions
In a small saucepan over low heat, stir water & butter (or margarine) until very warm (120 to 130 degrees). (or heat in a microwave).
Place the plastic blade in Cuisinart food processor.
Place 1 1/2 cups flour, sugar, yeast & salt in food processor bowl; cover & process for 5 seconds or until blended.
With motor running, add butter mixture in a steady stream, processing briefly just to mix well.
Add egg & egg yolk, process for 10 seconds or until well mixed.
Add remaining flour, 1/2 cup @ a time, processing after each addition, until dough is still soft but not sticky, about 60-90 seconds.
Remove from processor bowl.
Shape dough into a ball.
Place in a greased bowl; turn to coat surface.
Cover & let rise in a warm place, free from drafts until doubled, about 45-60 minutes.
Grease a 9x5x3 inch loaf pan.
Punch down dough.
On a lightly floured surface, shape into a loaf & place in loaf pan.
Cover & let rise in a warm place, free from drafts, until doubled, about 45 minutes.
Brush egg white over the top of the loaf.
Bake in a preheated 375 degree F. oven for about 35 to 40 minutes or until golden & loaf sounds hollow when bottom is tapped.
Remove from pan; cool on a wire rack.
