Cranberry Raisin Pumpkin Bread

Yummy, moist pumpkin bread! The cranberries and raisins give a nice added flavor."


1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 1/8 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 cup pumpkin puree
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup milk
1 egg
3 tablespoons butter, softened
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1/2 cup raisins


1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Add flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon into a large bowl. Mix in pumpkin, brown sugar, sugar, milk, egg and butter until well blended. Add 1/2 cup dried cranberries and 1/2 cup raisins.
3. Pour into a 9x5 inch loaf pan and smooth the top.
4. Bake for 1 hour. Insert a toothpick in the center and if it comes out clean, it’s ready.
