2 Cup flour
1/2 Cup sugar
1 Tablespoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
15 oz. pumpkin puree
1/2 C cranberry (fresh or frozen, sliced in half)
1/2 C walnuts (optional)


Sift together flour, sugar, baking soda and salt.
Add cinnamon and nutmeg.
Add oil and pumpkin puree.
Fold in cranberry and walnuts
